5.10. Extensibility

Extensibility is probably a feature that is desirable to more experienced users, who would like to add new and/or improved features to the mapping tool. Such extension may come through adding new templates to create maps, adding external software plug-ins etc.

On this webpage, such extensibility is not investigated in detail. However, while looking for an option to add multiple layers to Fusion Tables maps, it became clear that such features can be added through external plug-ins developed by third parties. Yet, such features for LL-MAP are not noticed within the scope of this study.
