2.2. Creating a question group

After setting up a new survey, the user has to create question groups. A question group is basically the sheet of paper on which the single questions would be if this was a written survey. Therefore, the researcher needs to organize the questions thematically into a logical order. The first question group could be named for example “informant sheet” which asks for personal details of the participants.

  1. This interface opens up after clicking the second “plus” button.
  2. The question group needs a title, e.g. as mentioned “informant sheet”. Below the title, a description can be added to tell the participants what they are supposed to do. Example: “Please fill in the following gaps.”
  3. Again, the user has to save the changes made. However, any added descriptions or titles can be edited afterwards.
