The workshop focuses on the basic knowledge how to conceptualize an effective e-poster concept. You will understand that the e-poster concept provides a wide range of possibilities to create far more than a digitally presented static poster sheet. Learn how to take advantage of the full potential of the digital medium that offers the incorporation of media files, hyperlinks, animations, zoom functions, and interactive elements. A vital benefit, that could make your poster far more engaging and informative for the audience. The workshop also provides knowledge on how to use the most important principles of graphic design specifically for an e-poster concept.
The course will equip you with both the concepts and the practical design skills and offers the opportunity to put directly into practice what you have learned as well as to get useful feedback from group and trainer.

Methods: 

Lecture, discussion and analysis, conception, practise session, feedback; participants are requested to bring the content material (texts and graphics) for a poster or recently designed examples. Please bring your laptop equipped with PowerPoint or a comparable application and make sure that you have a functional microphone and webcam available.

For reasons of respect and fairness towards all participants and the workshop leaders, participants who miss more than 10% of the workshop are considered not to be present. You will therefore not receive a certificate.
