Caroline Oehlhorn

M.A. - Innovationsmanagement

Caroline Oehlhorn ist seit April 2024 wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Lehrstuhl für Wirtschaftsinformatik, insb. Health and Society in the Digital Age. Von Oktober 2015 bis März 2023 war sie am Lehrstuhl für Wirtschaftsinformatik, insbesondere Informationssysteme in Dienstleistungsbereichen tätig. Sie studierte Informationsmanagement und Unternehmenskommunikation (B.A.) an der Hochschule Neu-Ulm; das Masterstudium Innovationsmanagement folgte darauf Würzburg.

Carolines Forschungsinteressen fokussieren neben der Nutzung von Informationstechnologien die Förderung von Geschlechterdiversität in IT-Bereichen. Ihre Arbeiten basieren überwiegend auf empirischen Studien, die auf internationalen Konferenzen (z.B. AMCIS, ICIS, SIGMIS CPR, WI) und Journals (z.B. JSIS, The Database for Advances in Information Systems) veröffentlicht wurden.

In der Lehre betreut sich Seminar- und Abschlussarbeiten von Studierenden. In den Sommersemestern bietet sie regelmäßig das Seminar Genderaspekte in der Wirtschaftsinformatik an.
