Prof. Dr. Vitor Marcos Gregório (Januar bis April 2024)

Vitor Marcos Gregório is Professor and researcher of History in Instituto Federal do Paraná, Brazil. He has a PhD degree in Economic History by Universidade de São Paulo, Brazil. Currently he is working on a research about the construction of the Santa Catarina Railway and all its implications involving the governments of Brazil and Germany, the German colonists in Brazil, and the German banks. In partnership with JProf. Dr. Nina Kleinöder he is organizing the Bavarian-Brazilian Alliance in the History of Infrastructural State and Nation-Building, in a project funded by the Bayerisches Hochschulzentrum für Lateinamerika – BAYLAT.
