Registration Fees
Conference registration fees, full rates:
- Early bird registration: 180 €
- Regular registration: 200 €
Conference registration fees, student rates:
- Early bird registration, PhD students: 50 €
- Regular registration, PhD students: 60 €
- Students: 20 €
- University of Bamberg students: free
Conference dinner:
- Full rate: 50 €
- Student rate (all students): 30 €
Payment
Deadlines:
- Early bird registration fee transfer deadline (with reduced fee): August 22, 2017
- Regular registration fee transfer deadline: October 22, 2017

The payment should be made without charges for the beneficiary.
Dates
- Submission deadline for posters, papers, symposia extended to July 2, 2017
- Acceptance notification: by July 31, 2017
- Registration for the conference starts May 1, 2017
- Early bird registration deadline (with reduced fee): August 15, 2017
- Regular registration deadline: October 15, 2017
Refund/Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, please send an email to sekretariat.grundschulpaed(at)uni-bamberg.de.
Registration fees are refundable, except 30,00 € processing fee, up until October 22, 2017. No refund will be issued for cancellations starting October 23, 2017.
Check registration payment must be received at the University of Bamberg by October 22, 2017. If payment has not been received by this date, the registration will be cancelled.
