New publication on career adaptability and self-efficacy
In a longitudinal study, Judith Volmer, Daniel Spurk, Maximilian Orth and Anja Göritz investigate two key constructs in professional self-management: adaptability and self-efficacy.
The research was able to demonstrate that the two constructs are associated. The findings are fixed, independent of, for instance, sex, age, educational level, leadership roll or length of employment.
