Block seminar on Design Thinking with PD Dr. Oliver Kohnke (Global Director Organizational Change, SAP und Privatdozent an der Universität Mannheim)

On 28th and 29th January 2022 a block seminar took place at our professorship on the theme of "Design Thinking" led by PD Dr. Oliver Kohnke, the Design Thinking Coach at SAP. On the practical question of Development of a Prototype for a Learning Platform, students went through the entire innovations process and thus had the opportunity to try out different techniques and methods of creativity directly. At first the students defined their personas and conducted interviews with their target group. To conclude, prototypes were constructed, developed further over several stages of feedback and finally presented as a pitch to the seminar and other interested parties.
