In which situations can I contact the social counselling service?

The social counselling service is a first point of contact for students in difficult personal situations:

• In cases of financial problems
• In cases of illnesses or other impairments that make studying difficult
• In cases of pregnancy or studying with a child
• Single parents studying with a child
• In other cases where your personal situation seems difficult to cope with

The social counselling service may be your first point of contact for support and help you to obtain information, make a decision or give you an idea how to cope with various issues.

All counselling sessions are free of charge and confidential, registration is not required.
