Maximiliane Reifenscheid and Katja Möhring examine public support for trade union demands for working time reduction in the research article "Towards a new working time paradigm? Public support for trade union demands for working time reduction", they examine the attitudes of the German population towards a reduction in weekly working hours, as demanded in recent years by IG Metall, for example. The article was published in the journal Industrielle Beziehungen. In the book chapter "Is the Recession a “Shecession”? Gender Inequality in the Employment Effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic in Germany", Katja Möhring, Maximiliane Reifenscheid, Andreas Weiland and Klara Kuhn analyze gender-specific differences in employment risks during the COVID-19 pandemic. The article has been published in the anthology "European Social Policy and the COVID-19 Pandemic", edited by Stefanie Börner and Martin Seeleib-Kaiser.
