Our psychotherapeutic outpatient clinic is located at the Department of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy of the University of Bamberg and serves research purposes, as well as patient-oriented teaching.

Prof. Dr. Sabine Steins-Löber, professor of the Department of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, has been the director of the clinic since October of 2014 and Dr. Ines Kollei has been the executive director since June of 2019.

Our treatment concept is cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy and aligns with current research. We treat patients with diagnoses of the entire spectrum of mental illnesses and offer diagnostic evaluation, as well as individual and group therapy for adults.

Due to the corona pandemic there are certain hygiene- and protection measures in place. You will receive further information during patient registration and your initial interview. In adherence with these measures, in-person therapy sessions can be conducted. We also offer video-based therapy sessions. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have further questions.
