Michael Gebel among the “Young Elite”

Effective immediately, Professor Michael Gebel of the University of Bamberg is among the “Young Elite – Top 40 Under 40” in the “Society and Scholarship” category. In April 2018, he began working on his most recent international project concerning the socio-economic effects of temporary employment in Europe, East Asia, Australia and North America. The European Research Council (ERC) is funding this project with an ERC starting grant of 1.4 million euros. This grant is among the most sought after and most prestigious European distinctions.
