Dr. Bernhard Moos

Lecture

Dr. Bernhard Moos works as a consultant for EGC EUROGROUP CONSULTING AG and supports banks and their service providers in introducing new services or expanding the service portfolio offered, respectively. His particular focus is on the sustainable organizational transformation of companies. Regarding this service relationship between banks and service providers, he advises on the industrialization of service processes and IT outsourcing management. Previously, he worked in the Business Technology Financial Services department of KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, where his consulting focus was on the analysis and optimization of IT processes and the implementation of international IT standards.

Before Dr. Bernhard Moos started working as an IT consultant, he completed his PhD on the topic of “What Makes Firms Innovative? The Role of External Social Networks and Internal Knowledge Capabilities for Innovation Success” at the Chair of Information Systems and Services at the Otto-Friedrich-University of Bamberg in 2015, where he previously studied Information System Science. In addition to researching companies' ability to innovate from a network perspective, Dr. Bernhard Moos intensively deals with relationship management around ​​outsourcing as well as social network analysis of corporate relationships. His scientific results have been published in various international journals, conferences and several books or book chapters.

Since the winter semester 2019/2020, Dr. Bernhard Moos lectures the course "ISM-ITC-B: IT Consulting" at the Chair of Information Systems Management.
