Vanessa Fischer

External doctoral candidate, MBA

Vanessa Fischer is an external doctoral candidate at the Chair of Information Systems Management Group at the Otto-Friedrich-University Bamberg. She holds an MBA from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and a Bachelor's degree in Banking Management (B.A.) from the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University. After completing her studies, she worked for several years in investment banking, private equity and venture capital as an investment analyst. Most recently, she helped set up a lab for artificial intelligence and digital business development for KION Group AG. Her research focuses on digital innovation and transformation, in particular the management of artificial intelligence.
