Prof. Dr. Lorenz Korn has been Professor of Islamic Art and Archaeology since 2003.

Dr. Ralph Bodenstein filled the position as Professor of Islamic Art and Archaeology for the academic year 2018/19.

Prof. Dr. Barbara Finster held the position as Professor of Islamic Art and Archaeology between 1995/96 and 2003.
