As Academic Equal Opportunity Faculty Officers, we also have financial funds for gender equity measures at our disposal, which we may use in order to finance conference participations or academic events. These gender equity funds help to support research related projects of female research assistants, female students and doctoral and habilitation candidates from other universities – we offer financial support for all faculty members who identify with the female gender.
