Application for Admission to the PhD Procedure

For the application for admission following documents are required:

  • Form application for admission(141.9 KB)
  • Single copy of the school leaving certificate
  • Enrolment certificate (available in the Student's Office)
  • University degree certificates in certified copy or simple copy with presentation of the original  (If the university certificate is not issued in German, English or French, a corresponding translation prepared by a certified translator)
  • CV
  • Certificate of good conduct, if you are not in public office (not older than three months at the time of application)
  • Supervision agreement with the supervisor of the dissertation or confirmation of supervision by the supervisor of the dissertation
  • Form Hochschulstatistikgesetz(1.2 MB)

For graduates of foreign universities, the following additional documents are required for the application for admission to the PhD procedure:
