Nina Kleinöder holds a degree (Magistra Artium) in Modern History, Economic History and Anglistics (University of Düsseldorf). Her phd focussed on the History of health and safety in the iron and steel industry of the FRG (University of Düsseldorf, 2014). She was research assistant at the institutes for economic and social history of the Universities of Düsseldorf (2009-2012 and 2014-2018) and Marburg (2018-2021). Since April 2021 she is assistant professor for economic and social history at the University of Bamberg.
