The University of Bamberg is an organisation under public law and, at the same time, a state institution pursuant to Article 4 Paragraph 1 of the Bavarian Higher Education Innovation Act.
Authorised Representative
The Chairman of the university board of management, University President Prof. Dr. Kai Fischbach, represents the University of Bamberg in legal affairs.
The responsible party, pursuant to § 5 Digital Services Act (DSA) and § 18 of the State Media Treaty, is the university president. The creators of pages with separate legal notices or named authors are responsible for the content of such pages.
