I have a problem – who can help me?

The team at the Central Student Advisory Service are your first point of contact for any questions or problems related to your studies, as well as for any mental health issues caused by anxiety or discrimination, for example. If needed and, of course, only with your consent, they will refer you to the right places and contacts. The Central Student Advisory Service has a website available that offers you initial guidance on contact points and counselling services in the case of issues.

Als erste Anlaufstelle bei allen studienbezogenen Fragen und Problemen, aber auch bei psychischen Problemen wie Angststörungen oder Diskriminierung können Sie sich an die Mitarbeitenden der Zentralen Studienberatung wenden, die Sie bei Bedarf, und natürlich nur mit Ihrer Zustimmung, gezielt an die richtigen Stellen und Ansprechpersonen verweisen. Die Zentrale Studienberatung hat eine Website zusammengestellt, die Ihnen eine erste Orientierung über die Anlauf- und Beratungsstellen bei Konflikten bietet.
