Brief description
Project type: SCRL test balloon
In Bamberg's old town, which is popular with tourists and the population alike, local congestion occurs time and again. A data- and sensor-based system is to provide smart recommendations in the future and improve the situation for everyone involved. This preliminary study will use a test installation in the field to investigate whether the data quality is sufficient for such projects even with strong anonymisation (which in turn is important for the acceptance of the measure), under which conditions the system achieves high acceptance values for the population, and which further applications will be possible with an OpenData provision of the data.
