SchulPrax – E-Portfolio
The aim of the project SchulPrax (schulpraktische Studien, part of the project WegE) was to systematically coordinate the implementation of different school internships of pre-service teachers. In the TEFL team, we developed and evaluated an e-portfolio (using the software Mahara) for university students to enable a progressive and visible development of their professional competencies in their school internships. We also integrated a focus on some core practices for the systematic observations to promote a thorough reflection of key aspects central to effective foreign language instruction.
The project SchulPrax was part of the project WegE (Wegweisende Lehrerbildung) funded by the BMBF (until December 2023).
