⭐️ We are especially excited to welcome a new colleague to our team since October 1st: Hamad Nabulsi joins us as a research assistant at the Chair of Human Resource Management and OB. Welcome to the team and Bamberg, Hamad! 🥳 We’re looking forward to working together in both teaching and research.

Our winter semester courses – including Fundamentals of Human Resource Management, The Future of Work, Diversity Management, Change Management, and Leadership and Management Development – address fundamental aspects of Human Resource Management 🌍🤝.

Through a combination of theory, models, and practical insights, we teach foundational knowledge and integrate the latest trends and developments into our classes. ✨
