Prof. Dr. Andresen, E. Oleškevičiūtė, Prof. Dickmann and Prof. Parry win the JGM Best Paper Award at EURAM Online 2021

Very good news at our chair!
Prof. Dr. Andresen has won the Journal of Global Mobility (JGM) Best Paper Award for the fourth time; this time together with her colleagues E. Oleškevičiūtė (Early Stage Researcher in the GLOMO project coordinated by Prof. Andresen), Prof. M.Dickmann and Prof. E. Parry.
The article “Exploring the factors affecting international transfer of career capital” is the First Runner-Up of the JGM Best Paper Award at the Expatriate Management Track (EMT) at the upcoming EURAM 2021 Online Conference. This paper presents asystematic literature review of the factors affecting international transfer of Career Capital in the context of expatriation.
The work has been created in the framework of the H2020 project GLOMO (see www.glomo.eu).
