Research and development projects at the Chair of Business Education

Various research and development projects are currently anchored at the Chair of Business Education. The focus is on the design of teaching and learning environments in business education and their evaluation, the organizational modelling of educational organizations, in particular vocational schools and universities, as well as the development of study and training courses. The projects can be assigned to the areas of higher education, vocational and in-company training and teacher training. The perspectives in the individual projects are to be considered in conjunction with each other.

The projects anchored at the Chair of Business Education are characterized by the close interlinking of the design process and theory development. The aim is to record phenomena of vocational training practice, to theoretically substantiate them in order to empirically record structures of social phenomena and to identify design potentials for vocational training practice.
