Visiting the Archives
How to get here
The University of Bamberg archives are located on the third floor of the Rotenhan-Palais in the Kapuzinerstraße 25. As no designated visitor parking is available, using public transport is advisable.
From the Bamberg train station, the university archives can be reached via bus. All lines lead first to the central bus station (ZOB).
From train station to the central bus station (ZOB): lines 901, 902, 907 or 911.
From ZOB: lines 904, 906, 915 or 916 to the bus stop "Am Kranen".
The Rotenhan-Palais in the Kapuzinerstraße 25 is only about a two-minute walk from the bus stop "Am Kranen".
