BRIDGES NETWORK – STRATEGIC TRANSNATIONAL NETWORK OF UNIVERSITIES
The BRIDGES NETWORK is a cooperation between universities (so far from Australia, Europe and South America) to implement shared goals and objectives in research. The partner universities are involved in joint research projects and a genuine and mutually beneficial exchange about research results. Representatives of the Universities in Germany (Otto-Friedrich-University, Bamberg), Australia (Deakin University, Melbourne) and Argentina (Fundación Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE), Buenos Aires) founded the BRIDGES NETWORK in 2019.
Our Mission:
- Joint research and publications in four key areas: Cultural Heritage and Heritage Conservation, Migration and Citizenship, Education and Work/HRM, Data and Security
- Research staff and student mobility
- Innovative teaching programmes (i.e. online teaching, dual teaching programmes across different levels)
- Institutional capacity building (i.e. administrative training, peer learning, job shadowing)
